2 SEPARATE LEVELS
This program consists of an entry level for executives with several years experience and a more advanced level for middle-senior executives. Each level runs for 12 months.
INDUSTRY SPECIFIC
The entire program has been designed exclusively for our elevator-escalator industry and is supported with real case studies and punctuated with special events and guest presenters
ONLINE SUPPORT MODULES
Additional to or operating as pure stand-alone material, all 12 modules consist of a full array of digital content. Videos, eLearnings, animations, webinars and follow-up forums.
6 MODULES PER LEVEL
For each level we offer 6 different modules covering Leadership, Stakeholders, Finance, Change, Safety, Quality, Sales, Installation and Service. Starting at Level 1 with 1st 365 days.
15 DAYS FACE TO FACE
Each face 2 face module runs for 2-3 days with each module conducted bi-monthly to provide adequate time for implementing and completion of the next modules pre-work.
4 EXECUTIVE SIMULATIONS
Finally at the end of every 6 months, team compete via a computerized Leadership simulation. Complete with an assigned coach the teams have 4 attempts to overcome the challenges.
